1. 🛍️ How do I place an order?
Simply browse our products, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout!
2. 📦 How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch.
3. 💳 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Online Payments (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Netbanking) and Cash on Delivery (COD).
4. 📞 How does Cash on Delivery (COD) verification work?
For COD orders, our team will contact you via call or WhatsApp for order confirmation before dispatch.
5. 🚚 Can I track my order?
Yes! Tracking details will be shared with you via email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
6. 🔄 What is your return policy?
We offer a 5-day return policy. An unboxing video is compulsory for the return to be approved.
7. ♻️ Can I exchange a product?
Yes! You can request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@auramart.store. A ₹150 shipping fee applies.
8. 🛑 Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them or before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations aren’t allowed.
9. 💵 When will I get my refund after a return?
Refunds are processed within 7–15 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Yes! We ship all over India with trusted courier partners to ensure your order reaches you safely.
